The quality is average, but it gets the job done and works as expected for the price. One thing I would recommend is turning it off every 2 to 3 minutes during continuous use. Other than that, it's a decent product for basic use.

How long does shipping take?
We ship soon after you place your order and aim to get every order out within 3 business days. Delivery can take 7 to 15 days, but most orders arrive sooner than that.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. Use it in the shower, rinse it under the tap, let it air dry. It is built to get wet.
Can I use it after a shave?
Yes. The silicone is soft enough for fresh skin.
How often should I use it?
Ideally once a day. If the morning is a scramble, use it whenever you have 30 seconds. Missing a day won't undo anything.
Do I need a special cleanser?
No. Whatever face wash you already own. Bar soap works, it just foams less.
How long does the battery last?
Weeks of daily use on one AAA. Swap it when it slows down.
Will it help with blackheads or breakouts?
It can help remove excess oil, dirt, and buildup that can clog pores and contribute to blackheads and breakouts. Just use it with your regular facial cleanser. If breakouts are your main concern, try pairing it with a cleanser that contains salicylic acid.
