Plain version first: we collect what we need to take your order, ship it and run the store. We don't sell your personal information.
What we collect
What you give us. Name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you add it, and anything you write to us.
Payment details. Handled by Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
What your browser tells us. Device, pages viewed, what you added to the cart, and rough location from your IP address.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, send order and tracking emails, answer support requests, prevent fraud, measure whether our ads work, and send marketing emails if you signed up. You can unsubscribe from marketing in any email.
Who we share it with
Shopify. Runs our store and checkout.
Payment processors. To take payment and screen for fraud.
Fulfillment and shipping partners. Your name and address, so the order can be packed and delivered. Some partners are outside the United States.
Advertising and analytics. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and similar tools receive browsing and purchase events through cookies and pixels so we can measure and show ads.
Cookies and ads
We use cookies and the Meta pixel. You can decline non-essential cookies in the banner, change ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings, or block cookies in your browser. The store still works.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (California and several other states), you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, and opt out of having it shared for targeted advertising. Email experts@sudsmith.ink. We respond within the time the law requires and never penalise you for asking.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Everything else is deleted when it's no longer needed or when you ask.
Children
This store is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
