Free shipping on orders over $30. 30 days to send it back.
Shipping
Cost. Free shipping on orders over $30. Orders under $30 ship for a flat $5.
Where we ship. United States only for now.
Processing. Orders ship in 2 to 3 business days.
Delivery. Tracked delivery takes 7 to 15 business days after your order ships.
Tracking. You get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves. The first scan can take a few days to show up.
Wrong address? Email us before it ships and we fix it. Once it has shipped we can't reroute it.
Lost or damaged? If it arrives damaged, or tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, email us your order number and a photo of any damage. We replace it or refund you.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery. If you're not happy with the results, send it back for a refund. Used is fine. Trying it is the point.
- Email experts@sudsmith.ink with your order number.
- We reply with return instructions and the address to send it to.
- Ship it to that address. You cover return shipping. Keep your tracking number.
- We refund your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving it.
Changed your mind before it ships? Email us and we cancel it. Your refund is the order total minus a 10% cancellation fee.
